All the staff and the best cleaning lady who cleaned our room tirelessly and yet always smiling. She deserves a pay rise for sure.

What we liked most were the amazing views on the ocean, nice...
What we liked most were the amazing views on the ocean, nice village of Arguinegin and even the Teide at sunset which was unforgettable. The place is really quite and peaceful (although at times you hear too much the loud music and partying from the nearby hotel The Bull). The food at the pool restaurant was very good. The bathtub inside the room was fun. The cleaning lady was very polite and very efficient.
The first day there was a stain of vomit on the side of the mattress which smelled bad, but they changed the mattress for a new one inmediately when we told them in the morning. The guys at the reception in the night shift were not very friendly. There was also a smell of pipes in the room at times which was difficult to get rid of. The room has 2 double beds. Traveling with children it would be better to have one double bed and 2 small beds and not all in the same space.

The restaurant .
The restaurant . We ate there twice in our first three days and never went back . Both times we waited approx 50 to 60 minutes to have our main course served and both times it was cold . Restaurant was also cold inside - can't understand why they did not close some of the doors !!

Fantastic hotel and great value for money
Love, love, love this hotel. Everything we wanted. Definitely will return.
Only thing we didn't like was the problem parking the car nearby. No parking at the hotel and quite difficult finding a space on the street outside.
